Troop 97 New City at a Glance
Troop 97 New City knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. We are based in New City, New York, the county seat for Rockland County. We are an active troop that spends much of our time outdoors. We emphasize the Aims of Scouting: Citizenship, Leadership and Character Development and Physical and Mental Fitness. Along with Cub Scout Pack 2046 and Venturing Crew 2097, We are chartered by Germonds Presbyterian Church of New City.

We emphasize community service as an important way of demonstrating good citizenship.
