Ryan's eagle project will benefit COPS Barn in Nanuet, which provides equine therapy to individuals with special needs.  It will entail replacing the current gravel pathway into the Thomas J. Foley indoor riding arena with one made of pavers.  This refurbishment will allow for easier access into the arena through all weather and seasons, especially for those who use wheelchairs and walkers.  He will also be beautifying the entrance to the arena by planting some shrubbery and installing a flagpole.
